In this post (http://bit.ly/Irrb0n) on The School of Coaching Mastery blog, I give my shortest definition of what Life Coaching is about: connecting the dots, in the future.
In a famous speech at Stanford University, on June 12th, 2005, Steve Jobs said: "Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it, no big deal, just three stories. The first story is about connecting the dots".
At the time Steve Jobs was approaching his fifties, and in that speech he was looking back to his life from the viewpoint of a successful entrepreneur, also gone through many setbacks, including a though start as an adopted child and serious health issues.
Hi, this blog just started, so what you see is what you get :-)
The purpose of the blog is to share moments of what happens in the professional life of a cross-border professional. Cross-border professional is my compact definition for what I am and do.
The unzipped one is: coach, counselor, trainer, consultant, executive, IT architect, public speaker.
A cross-border pro is by definition eclectic: an eclectic professional can be superficial or capable of multi-dimensional excellence (or a humanist, if you prefer). That's what I am and do: a humang being pursuing eclectism as multi-dimensional excellence costantly fueled by superficiality avoidance.
